There must be some increasing demand for Skinny Cow ice cream in my town. After never seeing the Skinny Cow delivery truck until about two weeks ago, I saw it again this weekend. It was parked in a shopping plaza pretty much across the street from the shopping plaza I spotted it the first time.

Seeing this supposedly sexy skinny cow for the second time was just as disturbing as the first time. I don’t think I’ll ever get used to it. And yet, I should, because if it’s anything like the Red Bull delivery truck, this Skinny Cow truck may become a regular in my town and on this blog.
Which makes me wonder what happens when you eat Skinny Cow ice cream and you drink Red Bull energy drinks…
