I saw my cow of the day by 9 o’clock this morning, and it was a real cow! However, unlike the stolen cow from yesterday’s post (read Our daily cow is a stolen cow! View the local news report…), this one was used to illustrate a specific point in a Forbes article I found through a discussion on LinkedIn.
This cow looks like quite a muncher, and its mouth sure is full of it (grass, I mean):
This Forbes article lists a dozen of the “most annoying business jargon phrases” you often hear around the workplace, including “giving 110%”, “synergize”, “low hanging fruit”. I have to give credit to the editor who made the bold decision to use this cow photo. They sure have a good grasp of the urban dictionary, by getting the point across that if you use business gobbledygook, you’re a cow! (i.e. you’re f&^%ing annoying!) Gotta love it!
