We spent part of this morning at Walmart, searching for a school backpack since my oldest is starting kindergarten in two weeks. I was hoping to find a school backpack with wheels and a handle but we ended up disappointed and bagless. I still have a couple of weeks but I hate having to go from one store to the next looking for something that should be more mainstream and available.
As we walked into Walmart, this is what we saw sitting right in the main food aisle:
This cow doesn’t look as funny and cute as our first encounter with milk straws (remember the happiest cow on earth?), but it sure got our attention.
I wonder what Nestle thinks about this product and its competition with their Nesquick. I can’t believe they haven’t come up with their own milk straws. Looks like they need a little help with their marketing research and competitive studies…
As we were browsing through the school supply section, I spotted something I’ve never, ever noticed before, and I wonder if you haven’t either. Check out this bottle of Elmer’s glue:
Amazing, huh? Cows do sell a lot of things, and apparently they can help sell glue! Who knew?
