Today’s first cow spotting came out of Sandra Boynton’s “Amazing Cows” book. We bought the book a few months ago and I’ve highlighted a few parts already (just search this blog for “Sandra Boynton” or “Amazing Cows”). Once in the while, the kids pull it out of the drawer to read stories with me or just flip through the pages. This afternoon my son was looking at this page when I happened to check on him. Of course, it’s quite a funny joke, but unfortunately at three years old, he’s a little too young to get it.
My second major cow spotting on the day happened when I took a quick look at my Facebook newsfeed. Wait, do you see a trend here, or is it just me? Yesterday my cousin in France posted a photo of a cafe sign in Paris on my wall. Today a friend of mine posted a photo of his high school plate, appropriately named El Toro High School in California.
And here’s another logo he posted on my wall:
I guess it’s not just South Park that uses a cow as their school mascot!
